usman will become the goat when all is said and done if he continues with how active he wins and if he keeps winning ofcourse
Khabib doesn't just get points for never being touched up in a fight for me. I pick him as the GOAT because I've watched enough MMA than I can pretty much eyeball his skill level. A similar reason I'm so big on Petr Yan right now, who is, to me, a better BW version of Fedor.
A bunch of factors I look at.
Grappling: Khabib
Chin: Khabib
Wrestling: Khabib
Pace: Khabib
Overall Skill: Khabib
Dominance: Khabib
Destroying top 10 p4p fighters: Khabib
Unbeaten streak: Khabib
List of names on resume: Some other guy
Khabib is the best fighter. He just retired early.
Doesn't change the fact that he's the best fighter.
Fedor and Jones are the only fighters that really have a claim to GOAT. Either one is an acceptable choice. Fedor spent nearly a decade fighting and beating the top heavyweights in the world. Don’t shit on him.
That wasn't GSP in his prime. Can't take someone seriously in GOAT discussions if this happens to them from a pillow fisted journeyman manlet during their prime.

When was TUF 1? 2005 or something? So im a casual if i followed MMA since 2005? CoolGsp: the casual ufc fans goat lol
When You started watching mma after tuf, then yeah...gsp is your goat.
How can he be goat if his streak was interrupted by not one but TWO losses?
Edit: watch the mods leave this thread in the heavies when they sent the Fedor is goat one to the lightweights, I see your bias lol
With GSP retired now, who do you think is the all time greatest at this time?
Fedor
Anderson Silva
Jon Jones
Mighty Mouse
GSP
Aldo
If your selection for the greatest fighter of all time is not in the poll, feel free to vote for other explain why.
Because his record is padded as fuck, he only has 4 good wins from which 2 already aged badly. He's nowhere near GOATHow is Khabib's name missing from this list? 29/0 is noteworthy above the rest.
