Fedor and GSP, its like Magic and Bird argue all you want.
Well yeah, I did admit that read my post.you can think that, but you have to be honest about the situation; he never truly proved it.
But that's the thing, at that point it's pure conjecture. In other words, it doesn't matter.Well yeah, I did admit that read my post.
Khabib to me is akin to the most brilliant mind to ever grace the hallways of Harvard,
but he dropped out of school early.
The same can be said for all GOAT discussion in general. But that's the thing, at that point it's pure conjecture. In other words, it doesn't matter.

GOAT status is made by metric of achievements and Khabib falls slightly short here, admittedly, but retiring young on account of the the death of his father doesn't really change the fact that he was still best fighter ever.
1. Highest round for round win % in MMA history as both a fighter and a coach. Greatest mind, aura of invincibility and mystique ever seen in the sport.
2. Never scratched, never bled, only ever even tested against Tibau when he was 23. Jones has 3 of those (Gus, Reyes and Santos at his physical peak), GSP had Serra and Hendricks ect.
3. Let's not pretend the guy bounced before he achieved anything. Khabib is the de facto LW GOAT, which many consider the best division (hard to argue, he's tied here for most title defences at LW and everyone else with the same # or title defences at LW has double digit losses. Khabib also has one of the longest UFC winstreaks ever, which is something his haters which are mostly salty McG fans fail to acknowledge.
Example: If Islam goes on to get more title defences is he really better than Khabib when by all accounts (and footage) Khabib beats his ass on the regular? This kind of sums up what I'm saying, in a nutshell.
