International Active US Air Force member self-immolates outside Israel Embassy in Washington

not saying you're not right. it's from the internet anyway, and the original reddit account got nuked. but everything i've read from this guy, he never made a funny post. always serious ideological shit. a joke would actually be uncharacteristic compared to his usual posting style.
He had nerdy unfunny jokes. I saw one about using the 'force' (ie star wars) while driving his car to try and pull down a bridge so he could cross. He would post about video games, anime and star wars before his radical shift. This photo (of the dad in the suit) would have been a year or two before his anarchism shift.

Normally, I wouldn't post this much about a guy. But given that the pro-palestine leftists are trying to turn him into the new Che Guevera and reddit has deleted the evidence, just doing my part to set things straight as one of the few people who actually read his reddit before deletion. Even if you are pro-Palestine, this isn't the guy to elevate. He wasn't mentally ill, but he was indoctrinated and radicalised into the extremist anarchist culture - ie violent revolution to destroy police/military/government. Thankfully he only killed himself. Given the rhetoric he was spewing on reddit, this could have gone a very, very horrible way - ie gunning down police officers in a parade or some other terrorist attack.

all his stuff is floating on 4chan. i've seen many posts of his, from whitey must die type of idiocy to the generic talking points of the far-left - muh cultural appropriation, muh colonialism, muh white privilege, muh everything is racist. tiresome and dumb.
this is how a drone operates. in this case, the programming was that of a suicide drone.

my view of this is kind of like looking at nazism, or terrorism - it's not mass mental illness or 'inherent evil'. That would be too dismissive and no lesson learned, the easy way out. Nothing wrong with society, something wrong with him, etc.

This is internet radicalisation and it can happen to a lot of folks given the right circumstances and it can happen to right and left-leaning circles.

Too much internet, disillusionment and not enough to live for to tether him to this world.

It's just sad.

Ya know it’s funny…

Guy lights himself on fire for a cause.

All everyone talks about is the guy.

It’s kind of like it’s a great act of selfishness not selflessness.

anybody unaware of 'the cause' before the immolation? Anybody previously unaware that there is a 'free Palestine' movement? Anybody learn anything new about the conflict as a result of the burning man?

don't know what people expect, mouths agape gawking at the awesomeness of his truth?

Right now it's a debate between the "self sacrifice does not include self harm" crowd versus the "self harm is always sacrificial" crowd.

I respect his CONVICTION for setting his virtual self on fire by being so passionately dense
I’m actually beginning to think this dude might be running a little cult somewhere. In here he’s talking about the 100s of people he counseled through a tragedy when he’s clearly not trained for that. In another thread he was talking about how he thinks he might have seen Bigfoot yeeting rocks into a lake when he was on a retreat with some boys he mentors.

He certainly has the pseudoscience guru bullshit talk down. Now he’s trying to convince everyone that killing your self for the cause is an “act of deep love”. Getting some Jonestown vibes from this guy

Not sure how selfish it is to literally light yourself on fire, scream for Palestine and burn until you eventually pass out and die

If he wanted to be selfish, there are much quicker and easier ways to go out

I'm not defending what he did as he was legitimately crazy - but that is not a selfish way to go lolol

Typical white savior syndrome. People already forgot about this btw so he did nothing for the terrorist cause lol

It's the same on the right. Although instead of dying for America, this guy died for Palestine. Either way they don't give a shit about you and treat you as just a pawn.

Personally I don't understand why people get so upset over Palestine over other conflicts where America was directly involved like Libya and Syria. Or even Yemen. I guess it just wasn't socially popular at the time because Obama was president. It's interesting to see how social campaigns have so much power in controlling our populations.

I don't know man, i've never been a patriot or nationalist type of guy but if i had to choose between dying for my own country or for a country that hates me, i think the answer is easy lol

I think it's because not even muslims cares about those countries. Muslims always scream free Palestine and leftists americans sees that and they are joining them. Maybe it's about Jerusalem's religious importance. In my majority muslim home country i don't hear muslims talking about Yemen or Syria, except when they want to talk shit about the US lol Even Uyghurs are more popular

Which one of you pussies reported my Spotify playlist of fire related bangers
Lol they only removed the playlist title, playlist still fucks under a new title -- you can still find it by searching what his face's name on Spotify
