well the point I was trying to make was that I went into the gym thinking that this shouldn't have been that hard of a work out, but damn did shit feel heavy when I started. My first reps were good through out but my seconds just felt slow off the floor and didn't improve as they went up.
At this point I'm marking it down to a bad day and will move on in my programing. I went back and checked Prilepin's chart and it wasn't actually bad adn was right were I was suppose to be for 85% lifts. Although I wish it had felt a little easier for the first couple sets.
I do have an actaul question though, does anyone have any real experience with Coan-Phillipi for deads

It seems to be heavily geared towards assistance and I'm not sure I'm a good fit for it time wise but I'd like some people to weigh in if anyone has done it.
