Lot of.back today. Tried some.squats in warm up. Meh. Kb swings are getting better. About 45 minutes minus warmup.

Today was rough and followed last deads session to the t. First pulls were OK. Second pulls were slow. Open belt at set 5. Closed on first holes for last set. Had to go pick up some Christmas so I didn't do assistance. I was using a lot of back today, although I got a little pump but there is no discomfort. I'm not sure how doable even this progression is, even though on paper it shouldn't be that rough. 385 is just shy of 85% and today was 17 reps. I'm leaning toward trying to hit 20 reps with this weight before I move on to something else or adjust the weight. If I go up in weight it will only be 10lbs not 20 like this jump. I need to pull some heavy singles soon but I'm not sure how to fit it in and still get this kind of volume. Might have to do singles then squat then triples/doubles the squat.
