Tried again today. Managed 50 straight. New time is 2:07, Very happy with that, but think i may try this one one more time before going for the 100
Very good work! I find that I have a lot of trouble on the 100 burpee compared to the 50 burpee. I worked up to 50 straight, but I'm virtually cashed after that. My best bet is doing something like 30 + 20 + 15 + 10 + 5 + 5 + 5 + 5 + 5. I really need to be able to do it in less sets than that. Ultimately, I'd like to do something like 40 + 25 + 20 + 15. The rest periods kill my time.
