Alright, took days 79-81 off. Had a massive cheat day on 80, but the other 2 days were around maintenance. I did heavy ABS work and Hamstring stretching, as well as couple of MMA classes.
Had good time, but now I need to get back to the diet.
Day 82: 274.8 lbs.
Diet: Coffee, Tea, Mango, Spinach ~800 calories.
Training: Walking 1 hour, doing job applications.
Note: I will go on short term fast to quickly get back under 268lbs, not going to lie, I don't want to spend another week creeping under 270 again.
As I said before, 270lbs is a big landmark for me, both in the way I look and feel. At 270 I start to fit perfectly in 36" jeans and XL size shirts among other things.
Going to resume normal diet soon, so don't worry.
Note 2: I lost 14 pounds since last MMA session, but god I got slower and weaker. Weightlifting and MMA don't mix that well.
