Pic update... at 277.7, I Don't get it why I am gaining weight. I was in caloric deficit all the time. My veins show my bodyfat improved a bit. Anyways see for yourself.

Day 67: 277.7 lbs
Training - 2 hours or walking, 20 minutes of light weights.

Drank a lot of liquid today - around 4 liters.

Day 68: 274.3 lbs. ( Mind you it was after Epson Salt bath previous night )

My stomach is not working well. Feel really constipated, drank 2 cups of kefir today.

Training: Walking in Mall - 1 hour.
Diet: Macdonalds Combo - 540 calories.
Tea/coffee - 120 calories.
Korean Food - 1200 calories.
Egg Sprouts - 300 calories.
ice cream - 400
Sweet buns - 750
Dumplings - 500
Total - Around 3800-4000 calories.

Alright missed another day. Was a cheat day as well. I worked out quite well at ymca for 1 hour. And walked for an hour.
Calories were in 5000 range.

Day 70: 277.3 lbs.

God damn it. On the plus had a MAJOR breakthrough with my constipation.

Diet: 10 eggs, Bean Sprouts, 1/4 ice cream, double double coffee at Tims, veggies and chicken - 1560 calories.

Training: Walking - 1 hour 20 minutes, Jogging 3.5 miles, Walking on stairs to 29th floor fast.

Day was productive.

NOTE: Not going to lie... I hate this new stall wall (its been almost 2 weeks ), and plan to hit diet and jogging a bit harder until I reach 270 pounds.
 
Also, could someone estimate my bodyfat, just curious if I managed to break under 25% at around 275-276 or not.
 
day 71: 276.5
Didn't eat until 6.15 p.m. Was drained all day.

Training: 2 hours of walking, tried to walk a bit faster today. Should be around -800-900 calories spent.

Day 72: 275.8 lbs
I think i am finally starting to see a bit of progress. I want to keep doing low calorie days until I hit 270, I will get back to more sensible dieting after I reach this weight.
.....Because, winter is coming. Sorry, I mean convocation ceremony. One month left.

Training: Weights, light workout focused mostly on the back -1 hour.
Walking on treadmill - 1 hour, but intense. - 600 calories. Lots of sweat there.

Day 73: 272.8 Bitches!! Fcking Finally. Seeing some progress as well.
This is my 5th day on Intermittent Fasting Protocol - I eat only after 5 p.m. till night. And so far so good. I have little problems with hunger.

Supplement stack: 6 grams of Carnitine, 2 grams of Choline, 2 Green Tea pills, double dose of Vitamins. Medium Coffee, 5 cups of green tea.

Had a feast today

Training: A: 45 minutes of weights, upper body, 1 hour walk outside.
B: 30 minutes of weights, 1 hour walk on Elliptical machine.

Note: I am starting to get my mojo back. Feel more confident, more attractive. Feels great.
Note 2: Barely slept tonight - probably need to cut back on the bloody caffeine.

... Some weird shit happened last night. I took CCC stack around 8 p.m. and was still energized by it before bed. I also went to tanning salon, which gave my skin some burning sensation. Took advil night at around 2 a.m.

For some reason I couldn't fall asleep until like 3.30 a.m. I was lying conscious thinking about work and job applications, and suddenly I saw a Giant SPIDER dangling above my stomach. The thing was the size of a computer mouse, HOLY FCK. It was black with some weird color scheme, I think it was toxic green or something.

I swiped my bed cover at it and it dissapeared, not ran away, just vanished. I jumped out of bed and turned on the lights, I was feeling really dizzy and weird, like I was drunk or something. I spent half-hour looking for the spider, until it hit me it was just a hallucination and spiders don't have such colors on their back.

Took another 30 minutes to convince myself to go to bed. I know it was a hallucination, but... I never hallucinated before in my life. The thing looked pretty real.

I am not even afraid of spiders, weird. I think it must have been tired state, and perhaps Carnitine to blame? I don't know.
 
Day 74: 272.4
Burned out.

Training A: Light weihgts - 30 minutes, Walking 90 minutes.
Training B: Light weights - 15 minutes, walking on treadmill 45 minutes.

Day 75: 272.8 lbs

Re-feed of peace. Ate things I missed, watched the calories so they wouldn't go too overboard. Spent all Sunday reading Hunger Games and in my bed, with relaxing walks - 1 hour in the morning, 1 hour in the evening (-670 calories ).
Note: The thirst was ridiculous today. I must have drank 4-5 liters of liquid today. Expecting to bloat up tomorrow.

Net calories: +800-900, however, I had depleted glycogen stores, so shouldn't be a problem.

Weird day, all I did is walk and NOT eat.

Day 76: 275.3 ( After Refeed ).

Note: Add 1000 calories to day 75 since I ate some granola bars at my nbrs. My stomach still feels weird - lesson learned: carb up with foods you can tolerate well.
Note 2 : Went on another 1.2 hour walk, went to tanning salon before, so my skin is radiating with heat now - means more calories!!!

Day 77: 269.3lbs
Day was ok, lots of walking and reading. Going to see X-men now.

Day was very productive, and I finally got a paycheck of sorts, solved a lot of issues, mostly with my car. Got sticker and other things.
Diet wise: I sort of fell off my diet, but it was very healthy and still in deficit, so no regrets.

Update: Sorry guys, broke down a bit. Ate korean food and some fruits. Plus 1200 calories, which puts me in slight surplus.

I feel i need a day off tomorrow as well. I was trying to push too much to reach 265 before may 31, I guess I just couldn't handle it.
 
Alright, took days 79-81 off. Had a massive cheat day on 80, but the other 2 days were around maintenance. I did heavy ABS work and Hamstring stretching, as well as couple of MMA classes.

Had good time, but now I need to get back to the diet.

Day 82: 274.8 lbs.
Diet: Coffee, Tea, Mango, Spinach ~800 calories.
Training: Walking 1 hour, doing job applications.

Note: I will go on short term fast to quickly get back under 268lbs, not going to lie, I don't want to spend another week creeping under 270 again.

As I said before, 270lbs is a big landmark for me, both in the way I look and feel. At 270 I start to fit perfectly in 36" jeans and XL size shirts among other things.

Going to resume normal diet soon, so don't worry.

Note 2: I lost 14 pounds since last MMA session, but god I got slower and weaker. Weightlifting and MMA don't mix that well.
 
Binged again yesterday. Damn it! Around maintenance.

I was 273.8 this morning, so the damage is not profound, but still.

Lets see how today goes.

Monster day. Lots of walking, MMA training - 1.5 hour, Weights - 35 minutes hard.
