Day 337: -

Diet: ~1500 calories.

Activity: Powerlifting - 1 hour. Tried dead lifting again. Pulled 4 plates, but was a bit too much I think.
Light bagwork - 45 minutes
Walking with music - 45 minutes.

Deficit: -2400.

Note: Feeling shitty today.
 
Kakao is a Korean chat app but the other part is referencing the transfer of $. I think is from an ad or scam of some sort but it is saying it is possible to transfer funds through the app.

So I guess that makes 1/30 then.

3/30 - First 2 weeks of 2015 been a bit crazy. Kakao-wise - my old friend was just trying to be humorous.

Diet: Around 3100 calories.

Activity: walking - 45 minutes. Jogging - 2.5 miles.

Note: Nothing happened.
 
Day 339: 262 lbs

Diet: 3200 calories (healthy)

Activity: walking 2 hours, jogging 4 miles.

Note: tough morning with interview. But the night was so fun.
 
Day 340: -

Diet: Around 6000 calories. Friends came over.

Activity: 4 hours of snowboarding.

Note: Had a lot of fun at night again.
 
Day 341: Road trip of sorts.

Ate around 4500 calories.

Activity: walking - 1.5 hours.

Note: Pretty bad week in terms of diet to be honest.
 
Day 342: -

Diet: 1507 calories. Veggies and ground turkey.

Activity: Heavy-duty style lifting today. 1 hour in the morning, 30 minutes at night.

Deficit: 2007 calories.

Note: Haven't squatted like that in a long while. Going to devout 30% of my training time just to develop lower body - it has been lacking all these years. I actually been focusing on legs and glutes for about 2 months now. I think it helped relieve a bit of knee pain, normally it hurts a bit to walk or run on stairs, or nags me a bit after jogging. Stretching also helped.

Diet: 1929 calories. Damn that ice cream cone.

Activity: Walking - 2.5 hours. Quick gym workout - 30 minutes.

Deficit: 1900

Note: Barely slept. The whole day was shitty as it gets. Lack of carbs could also be contributing. Couldn't do job search at all. Just stayed home played Far Cry 3.

Note: Will just post the damn spreadsheet now.

Note2: Snacked on some noodles last night, so added them here. Slept really well today, energy was high today, but had some weird jitters.

Note3: Job search been pretty stressful over the last month, which contributed towards weight gain. Asked my parents to shuffle through their clients in Canada, there is a possibility to go to Alberta to work for a large mining company (and possibly travel a lot to Chili and Russia). We shall see.

 
Day 345: 264 lbs.

Note: Awesome day, very productive, finally feel my resume is flawless. Applied to several job today, spent good time with friends, had absolutely killer training session today, with lots of sparring. Attended a pretty cool business-brunch today, hence the waffles hehe and calories. Worth it, plus recovery been slow recently.

Note2: MIGHT HAVE A PRO FIGHT AT the end of August. Will know details soon.
