Activity: walking 1.5 hours fast, jogging - 4 miles.

Deficit: around 800 cals.

Note: could not sleep till 6 am.
 
Day 347: Been partying.

Diet: Clean, 2560 calories

Activity: 4 hours of good dancing, although not as good as usual. Walking - 45 minutes.

Deficit: 3800

Note: Chill day.

Note: Weird day...virtually everybody I know partyed their asses off this weekend, so nothing is happening. Watched first season of vikings. Meh...the shield-maiden is so so fckable though. It's been a while since I have been attracted to a white girl that much hehe.

Note: Had a lot of work in the afternoon, however, it was pretty "gray" day overall. Low mood.

Went to party sober last night. Was surprisingly good.
 
+40 minutes to the day 349 at the Condo gym. Full body including legs.
 
Holy crap. 2 hours of disco dancing can burn nearly 2000 calories? I need to grab a copy of Saturday Night Fever, learn some moves, and hit up a 70's club one of these days. In a polyester suit and afro wig. And high heels...with live goldfishes in them.

But on a serious note music like Dubstep and deep house can force you to expel ridiculous amount of energy, if you know how to shuffle or do the dubstep jump-step - you pretty much ran a marathon during an event.

To be fair ironwolf is responding to statements that Sarumyan is making. The rich kid statement was a response to Sarumyan complaining about having to pay for women's food & drink in order to grease the wheels of the getting laid process. Was a fair question.

As for the other stuff, you might have a point, ironwolf obviously has a mental picture of Sarumyan that is causing this. Anyone reading this log can make their own conclusions.

Hell, in the last log someone basically said that Sarumyan was insane. Maybe he is. Either way I keep reading!

I'm still really interested in which "state" he was the judo champion of though since Russia dosent have "states".... I went to Russia 11 times in the past 3 years and I've been to "state" in Russia.

That guy has some serious issues, using almost every post for self-admiration. Check his posts on S&C forums - it ranges from how handsome he is, or how incredibly talented he is...whatever. If you are 35, and you need to prove to the guys on some niche forum on how awesome you are, every fcking post, then you either "little miss immaturity" or you life must suck in some way.

Then goes his obvious stupidity and lack of sense of humor ( he doesn't get jokes everybody else gets, he takes internet WAY TOO seriously).

That post about "state" is still making me giggle - are you a junior police detective or something? Congratulations on "figuring me out"! It is all true! I am also not 6.4 at all - I am 5.1 and 112 lbs as well.

Why believe me about MMA and everything else, but not about me competing in Judo when I was younger? If you been to Russia 11 times, you must know that sport is very popular.

The bottom line is : I don't really care about this idiot posting on my log - he adds some harmless drama and more views, which is why I haven't reported him yet. Plus, it is kind cool to have a personal hater obsessed with everything I write here.

I am having a time of my life, even If I was slacking off this year. I am happy. Did I get a six-pack YET? No. Did I have a bloody good time, got in a good shape, and fixed a lot of my issues? Hell,yes.


And BTW: State is a nation or territory considered as an organized political community under one government. So my region would technically be qualified as a state, hence, I don't see any issues with translating "regional champion" to state champion so people here get it better.

Note: Planned on a very light jog today, due to skipping dinner...but there was a 9.5/10 girl on the next treadmill - arabic, ~6 fee tall, cute-type.

... Now I don't know if she was with her BF or brother, but I played it safe and nearly killed myself on the treadmill. Womans, man!

6 miles in 63 minutes with first mile in 7.13, didn't plug in my weight unfortunately, but should be at least 800 calories.

Pretty sure I can run a mile under 6.50 - will try in several days.
 
Could be water retention from the rice. Personally, I don't like the idea of weighing myself everyday. It can make me too obsessed with my weight and have me alter my diet plan for the next day. Try weighing your self once a week.
 
I prefer every-day weight-in to be honest.

I think you are right about the rice, because I haven't consumed rice regularly before - now I eat it every day. Will skip rice for several days (not a fan), lets see what happens.

Doesn't help that my scale gives a range of measurements every time i step on it. (+-5pounds).

I also cook mostly myself now, and I think I have been overdoing it with salt.

Note: Barely slept, however, day was somewhat productive.

How it feels on 2000+ deficit. - in short, surprisingly tolerable. Lots of jittery energy, similar to what you get from 3 cups of strong coffee.

It is problematic to focus and perform mental tasks, but doable.

However, I can walk for hours, I can still lift heavy weights, and jogging is barely hampered. Funny thing is, I felt a LOT worse than on low-deficit ketogenic diet, where I just wanted to kill myself, no matter how much cheese I have been eating. --- FOR ME. Results may vary, please use responsibly.

Now I get it to eat a little bit of things I like and still hit my micros (thanks, spinach).

Never noticed any muscle loss with this regimen, on the opposite - traps and arms are bigger than 5 months ago.

Planning to do a refeed in 7-10 days. My downfall previously was demotivation, as I got many complements about my body, so I felt like I "made" it, then 2 weeks of forced buffet visits everyday - set me up for a massive weight gain.

So, before you scream "starv.." and such - calm your tits, it is not as bad as you think it is. It allows for rapid weight loss, feels far better than on Keto, and ,best of all, you can see fat melting off every morning.

I don't give a shit and amateur mma records because they mean absolutely shit and almost anything can count as an mma "fight"....but being a judo state champion is sort of a big deal and a pretty bold claim for a basketball player.... As for my calling myself handsome, clearly you don't understand humor lol. And yes I'm 35 wow!!! There's much older guys than me here.
