Day 327: 260.4 lbs

Diet: 1600-2100 calories range. ( pork and lamb strips from chinese store - no idea how many calories, but damn it - so delicious in a soup).

Activity: 45 minutes of walking.

Note: Time to party like it's 2014! Going to have tonight.
 
Day 328: Solid 6 hours dancing. Was a hell of a workout.

Diet: Around 3000 calories.

Note: Was fun.


Day 329: whole day chilling with friends and gf. Ate too much - around 6000 calories.

Note: Was fun.
 
Day 330: 261 lbs

Diet: Around 4500 calories.

Activity: Lots of gf-related activity, however, caloric expenditure is pretty low.

Note: I could never get why men would only date women for tehsex. But I think now I got it. For some reason, I get pissed off after the "deed", and I want her gone. Any date, or any time I pay for something After - annoys the hell out of me. Like time and money completely wasted.

I guess I need to live through this period, just like I went through overly romantic period 18-23.

Day 327: 259 lbs

Diet: Around 1450 calories.

Exercise: PL - 1 hour in the morning. MT - 1 solid hour at night.

Note: Good day, hopefully a start of a good streak. Met chinese new year with friends, went to a Buddist temple. Was quite fun, except the smell of the burned aroma sticks.

Year of the goat....and of the ram as well. Go figure.
 
Day 328: 259.5 lbs

Diet: 1425 calories. LOOOOOOOOOOOTs of vegetables. Around 2 pounds of greens.

Activity: Fast walking - 45 minutes, PL - 30 minutes (mostly pushing the cart and tire flipping). Boxing - 1.5 solid hours.

New Vocabulary: "Solid" , as in 1 solid hour of dancing - means uninterrupted activity during which I expend large amounts of energy. Things like sitting on a coach in the club, waiting in line, or holding pads during a class are excluded.

Note: Got 3 interviews next week...going to be "solid" haha. But looks like we be partying 'mon this weekend. Partying hard.
 
Probably overate day 328 by 200-300 calories. However, training was very hard.

Day 329: 259.4 lbs

Diet: 2280 calories. Diet has been very clean recently, lots of veggies, lots of sweet potatoes and good fats. Hitting my micros like nothing.

Activity: PL light workout - 30 minutes, upper body.

Note: My legs and my butt are completely cooked. I can barely sit down now. Layoff from weight have been very long.

Note2: Have been almost a rest day, I think I need it. Going to snowboard tomorrow (or at least try), plus clubbing.

 
Day 330: 261.5

Diet: ~4000 calories. Had to go out to Halal with my friends.

Activity: Just a busy day walking around, standing and talking and such. No exercise.

Note: Prepping for partying right now. Going to be insane.
 
Day 331: 252.5 lbs

Diet: Junk food and bananas - 2485 calories.

Activity: 3 am - 11 am, frantic dancing. Had a an awesome night. Lots of friends came, I fcking killed it. Only my previous roommate could keep up with me in speed, despite my size I am faster than most light weight dancers there. 5 People came up to me to say how awesome my "moves" are.

Totally worth it. Paid only 30$ in total today. Looks like we also might see a girlfriend upgrade soon.
 
Watching Shingeki no Kyojin now. This is best anime I have ever watched, subbs or not.

If you have 5 hours to kill - this is absolutely your best bet right now.

Diet: pretty bad - around 4500 calories.

activity: walking 60 minutes.

Note: Annoyed at weight . But just got to take control of it.

I am starting one of my patented death weeks - 10 day this time. As you know, this is my preferable way to lose weight and worked like charm before.

I have gained ~13-16 pounds of fat in around 2 months. Time to shed it back. Got too relaxed due to having a hot girlfriend (8.4/10), having good friends too, and general attention from women recently, and finally spending quality time with parents, and doing somewhat good with job search. But time to get back to real life.

Plan of attack: 1. Consume ridiculous amount of vegetables every day.
2. Calories in 1000-1500 range depending if I do heavy lifting or not.
3. Consume lean meat every day, preferably lean ground pork.
4. Fck, it, will drink coffee instead of breakfast in the mornings for now.

Let the games begin!

Eventual goal of lean 235lb is still there.

Death Week First:

Diet: 1454 calories ( "accidentally" ate a donut).

Activity: Walking - 60 minutes. MMA - 3 hours (2 hours solid).

Note: Took 1/2 scoop of pre-workout, drank coffee. But I think I compensated with sleeping 12 hours per night to recover from the massive party this weekend.

Here are current pics. Strangely, my legs and my face did not gain much size - it all went in the middle.

Death Week 2: 261.1 lbs

Calories ~2500

Activity: Walking - 30 minutes. MMA - 1 hour, PL - 1 hour.

Balance: -1833 cals

Note: My knee still hurts, but I feel I am going in the right direction with the rehab I am doing. It just feels ... better. I started to squat light as a stretch and correction - turns out my right leg is weaker than left one. I am watching my symmetry and technique, so my right leg is working overtime these days.

Note2: Didn't sleep till 7 am. Getting pretty stressed out lately.

Note3: I am starting to visibly slim down.
 
Deathly 3: 259.9 lbs.

Diet: 6228 calories.

Activity: Heavy power lifting - 1 hour, kettle bells circuit - 30 minutes, 1 hour hard sparring and 1 hour pads.

Surplus: +1300

Note: Insane day on all accounts. Got a nice surprise email from my ex - feels good. Training was insanely hard today. One of my friends was leaving for 3 months, so we had a small party ................turned smoke-a-tree marathon - hence the calories.

No regrets - was damn good fun.
 
Weekend had a spontaneous road trip with 12 people and 4 cars.

Ate a lot, didn't count shit.

Write those days off.
