Day 291: ~250 lbs (Bloated due to lots of salty foods).
Diet: ~3000 calories.
Exercise: Lots of paperwork and solving things for buying new car and stuff. Some lingering drama here, so feeling a little bit down, but not too much. Been very weird and hectic 2 weeks in terms of women, exes, Brazilian sloots and Chinese virgins..go figure.
Having moderate loss of motivation, good news I am driving again, so i can get back to MMA and snowboarding...and sober clubbing, since me and my new roommate swore to be sick dancers by the summer haha.
Failed to meet the new year under 240 lbs.... but I got myself into solid mid-240s, so I guess I am ok. Really bloated at the moment, but 2-3 days and I will be back to 243 or so.
I think this is the time........................ to start
PROPER DIET: For the next 24-26 days I will be eating at 2200 (clean) calories per day. NO MORE STARVATION METHODS FOR A WHILE.
I am also implementing IF regimen with no food until 3 p.m.
