Goals i have for 2016
1. Maintain strength and bodyweight at 5'9" 180-185(for speed and endurance reasons for "recreational" basketball)
2. Be able to run a 515-530 ' mile again
3. A muscle up
4. Look for som baseball semi pro tryouts and give some a shot
Threads like this make me realize how far in front my bench is compared to my other lifts.
I'm hoping to squat 405, pull 455 and bench 330. Although, where I'm at now, I'll probably hit at least 2/3 of these when I take a run at a max at the end of January, so I guess I should set some higher weight goals.
I hurt my back and hips this year, I too am falling apart.
One thing I am working on is 20 reps at bodyweight on the bar squats.
Beyond that I think I'll just go

DL 140 kilos
Bench 100 kilos
OHP 60 kilos
