2016 Goals thread.

Ι guess getting my high-bar over 200, my bench over 130 and my clean to 150 decent goals for me this year.

But staying in one piece while I keep training is my number 1 priority right about now.
 
Squat - 207.5kg (+7.5kg)
Bench - 140kg (+5kg)
Deadlift - 235kg (+5kg)
SOHP - 95kg (+5kg)
Bodyfat - Jakt n Tan

Modest goals.
 
200 Dead
185 Squat
120 Bench

170 Zercher Lift
Muscle ups

Prediction - I get them all except bench which goes backward
 
300lb DL (+65lb)
150lb OHP (+50lb)
10sec front lever (+10sec)
<30min 5k (lol, I dunno)
Be even sexier (probably not possible)
 
2 plate bench
3 plate squat

And I would love to get a 4 plate deadlift but I am far from that at the moment.
The 2 plate bench and 3 plate squat are more realistic goals.

And I should be doing more conditioning for muay thai.
 
I'll be completely gey and say

1. to remain consistent
2. to get on the track
3. acquire abz
 
squat 330
bench 225-245
deads 430
OHP 165

While at 165lbs.

-Run 5km in less than 25min
-Get 2-3 more Muay Thai fights and 1 no-gi tourney in, by the end of 2016
 
Goals i have for 2016
1. Maintain strength and bodyweight at 5'9" 180-185(for speed and endurance reasons for "recreational" basketball)
2. Be able to run a 515-530 ' mile again
3. A muscle up
4. Look for som baseball semi pro tryouts and give some a shot
 
Threads like this make me realize how far in front my bench is compared to my other lifts.
I'm hoping to squat 405, pull 455 and bench 330. Although, where I'm at now, I'll probably hit at least 2/3 of these when I take a run at a max at the end of January, so I guess I should set some higher weight goals. :rolleyes:
 
I am coming to a close on 365 days on handstands. 2016 I am gonna work a lot on general calisthenics. Get my 5k time down as well.

I hurt my back and hips this year, I too am falling apart.
One thing I am working on is 20 reps at bodyweight on the bar squats.
Beyond that I think I'll just go
Squat 140 kilos
DL 140 kilos
Bench 100 kilos
OHP 60 kilos

I also want to get my weight under 100 kilos.
 
Bang a bunch of 7's and above.
