I'd like to hit a 175 C&J & a 135 snatch. Going to actually have to really try this year, I've been a lazy fuck.
 
Squat 200kg
Deadlift 220kg
Bench 130kg
SOHP 90kg

Pretty modest goals, and should be achievable by the end of 2016.

Other goals outside of lifting are to get some more savings behind me, and to spend quality time with my family.
 
Snatch 245
CJ 315
DL 575
SQ 460
PP 275

Break 1200 athletes at one event.
 
300/200/317.5 = 817.5kg.

That's about it.
 
Squat 185kg
Pull 200kg
Bench 125kg
Press 75kg

Be at the top of my class, mostly ready for the USMLE, not be fat, hopefully have hair still.
 
Squat: 405
DL: 455 (my max in 2014)



And most importantly, not dislocate a shoulder.

oh, and not get fat.
 
Relatively modest goals that I should be able to accomplish.

Squat : 500
Pull : 525
Front Squat : 375
Clean : 295
Bench : 335
SOHP : 225
20 pull-ups @ 200+lbs BW

Also, to do some sprinting/jumping and try to reclaim some of my lost athletism at my new, much heavier BW.
 
Not fall apart.

Came here to post this. A full year of decent training without any stupid injuries that require weeks or even months of Rehab. Anything else is a bonus at this point.
 
Nothing major here.

-2 or 3 NOGI competitions
-525 deadlift
-BW OHP (didnt get it last challenge) @ ~200lbs
-Maybe some running goals later but Ill wait until the races are announced to see which ones I want to do. Last year was a dissapointing year for running, had a major melt down on july 4th race and and a few lack luster 10ks.
 
Mine are

Squat 240kg
Bench 170kg
Deadlift 265kg
Front squat 200kg
Overhead press 115kg

Then for some reps
Squat 220kgx3
Deadlift 250x3

Don't like making long term goals. But first objective is:

Squat 3 plates: 140kg
Deadlift 4 plates: 180kg

By the end of the year lets say:
Squat 150kg and
Deadlift 180-190kg
SOHP 75-80kg
Bench 110-115kg
 
My goal for June 2016 is to hit all of my old PRs while getting my weight down to 205. I'm around 215 right now.

Squat - 355
Bench - 215
Deadlift - 455
 
Squat 180kg, deadlift 200kg and bench 130kg just to say some numbers. Just try to be as awesome as possible and learn more. Also goal to do a PL meet.
