    - squatting felt really good today. Felt really stable.

    -benching felt pretty good too, as it should, considering how light it was.

    -had to go a notch tighter on the belt.
    -for the first time, in quite a while, I was able to take my hands inside the rings, on squats. I had been index on the rings, or further, for probably over a year. It felt good.
