-for the first time, in quite a while, I was able to take my hands inside the rings, on squats. I had been index on the rings, or further, for probably over a year. It felt good.

I know that feel bro. I used to be little finger on the rings, then as time has gone on the grip has gone further out. Managed to arrest the trend by going for a thumb around grip and really hammering shoulder dislocations and pullaparts with a band during squat warmups. I am clinging to index on the ring now and I'll be damned if it moves further out.

I've been up to guns. I built an AR and have been shooting. I'm back to lifting semi consistently(twice a week).
