Fedor had insane explosiveness and timing with his striking and if Gus was able to fuck up JJ's face there is a good chance that Emilianenko could have caught him with some big.

Also if Vitor almost submitted JJ with that armbar,Fedor would have taken that whole arm home 100%.

What I am trying to say here is that Fedor stands better chance at beating JJ than ppl care to give him. Jones would be extremely difficult fight regardless. Not a walk in the park for neither fighter

That's a poor comparison.. Gus was able to have success against Jones due to his reach and boxing. Something Fedor doesn't have.

He does look much better in the Pride pic (In japans ped testing free environment) and he clearly looks worse in the Strikeforce pic (coincidentally in an American environment with some basic ped testing)

JJ hits like a bantam weight female. No KO power or stoppage ability and he is fighting dinosaurs. It is sad. Fedor is the GOAT Can Crusher but at least he gets it done by stoppage.

Fedor won't stop the takedown so Jones would take him down, knee him in the ribs and wear him out on the ground then tko or submit him. Jones was really good at beating the energy out of guys early with ground and pound to the body.
