Haven't been logging much as ive just followed this as it goes and just recorded what week I'm up to each monday to keep track. Some weeks have been sub optimal due to fatigue from work but I've only stalled out on bench this week, but still managed a (slight) 1rm pb (instead of 2x2) despite being tired and dehydrated.
Will prob test 1rms on separate days as my main goal is deadlift, not a meet total.
