Squats

Squat: (195x5)x5
OHS: (95x5)x4
Walking DB Lunges: (70x3)x4

Starting to get used to the OHS, so next week I'll go for a 5x5. I lost my balance a couple times and to step forward and backward a couple times, but it was pretty good.
Squats are now done to parallel or slightly below. I'll be upping the weight next week.
DB Lunges are the suXors cause my legs are dieing by the last set and I just want to leave.

Cardio
30 minutes on the Cardio Heart setting.
Still no situps, abs still hurt. Will do them tomorrow. Also, will try the "fat burn" setting on the treadmill and maybe do it for 45 minutes or something.

Cardio
45 minutes on the Fat Burn Heart setting, it goes too slow for me, so no more of that crap.
5 incline situps with 10 lbs. weight, then 5 without weight. Abs still sore so no more.

This was supposed to be a max out week, hence the lack of cardio. I haven't been able to make a max yet though. Deadlift stuck at around the knees, and I got the Bench about 1/2 to 3/4 the way up but couldn't finish it. I'll have to start doing some rack pulls and SLDL for Deadlift, and get some more work on the CG Bench so that I can finish it.

Any more advice than trying the above?

Squats

Squat: 135x5, 225x1, 265x0, 225x2, 185x5, 185x4
OHS: (115x3)x5
Walking DB Lunges: (70x3)x4

Got the 265 about an inch up, then it came down pretty quick. This has been a week of no maxes unfortunately, but in the month and a half that I have been here without protein or creatine I got my bench to go from nothing at 230 to 3/4 up on 235, Deadlift from a new PR at 375 to at just above the knees with 385, and nothing at 265 for squats to a little movement at 265. Can't wait to get back home and on the protein and creatine.

I dunno man. I'm in the middle of a HVT routine right now, so hopefully it'll carry over into something big when I get back to maxing. Like you said, for DLs try rack pulls heavier GM's possibly? I ahve no clue for your bench.

On your deadlifts are you having problems with the actual weight, or is your grip giving out. Because my problem is my grip, so if that's the case different grip exercises will greatly improve your deadlift. Well keep up the good work bro.

I'm having no problems with the grip, it is my back moving the weight. I can't remember the last time my grip gave out on a Deadlift.

Thats good then, once your back starts to get stronger you already have a good grip so that'll help you in the long run. Just keep doing heavy deads and if you hit it hard eventually your deads will go through the roof, don't get discouraged cause it takes awhile, but it will happen.

I'm finally back from my fun in Afghanistan. Going to take a couple days to have fun, then start trying to incorporate Ross Enamit's Infinite Intensity with my lifting. Going to be a bitch to do, but I think it will be some pretty awesome training.

I've lifted a couple times since I've been back. I don't have the numbers in front of me. Today I started the 50-day Infinite Intensity stuff. I was wanting to maybe combine it with lifting, but I'm quickly seeing that won't be possible as the plan is written out. If anyone came up with any ideas, let me know...

If this post actually revives this log, then I will start posting my new stuff. If not, I guess I will have to start a new log.

I've had a long ass time off, and due to my schedule I'm going to be doing something like this...

Week 1
Monday Bench ME
Tuesday Squat ME
Thursday Bench RE
Friday Squat RE

Week 2
Monday OHP ME
Tuesday Deads ME
Thursday OHP RE
Friday Deads RE

With some running and core work in there as I see fit...
Short term goal, to lose some weight for a wedding I am an usher for in a month.
