Yes, yes it is. I'm pretty sure I have some bodyweight on you, but if you want to use that as an excuse then you suck. Anyway, here are my PRs so far, post yours...

BW = 185
Bench = 221
Squat = 225 (most I've tried, I'm sure it is higher)
Deadlift = 365
One arm Snatch = 70
Hang Powerclean = 155
Overhead Press = 155
Bent Press = 55
Overhead Squat = 85
20 Rep Squats = 145
BP BW for reps = 5

Why yes, yes I will use our bodyweight as an *ahem* excuse. :icon_twis Since I can't do alot of lifts (no powercage) We will only be able to compete ina few for a while. Let's go to say.... Feb 4th?

BW= 151
Bench = N/A (No powercage)
Squat = N/A (No powercage) Front squat = 140 (from a clean)
Deadlift = 350
One arm snatch (N/A no db's)
Powerclean = 160
OHP = 150
Bent press N/A (haven't tried these yet, will ahve to try them this week)
OHSQ N/A (Haven't tried these yet)
20 rep aquat = N/A
BP BW for reps = N/A (no powercage)

So, we can legitamently compete is Deadlift, Powercleans, OHPs, Bent press, OHSQ (from a clean.....) and possibly front squats...from a clean if you wish.

Now, I REALLY need to invest in a new camera...

I can re-attempt those lifts with an added clean as needed.

No can do on the Feb. 4th date, I will be out of country through mid/late February and I don't have any guarantees of being able to lift/post. How about something nice and off in the future, like July 1st. I won't be honestly working for just these lifts, just keeping up my regular program with the extra lifts occasionally.

Legs

Full/ATG Squat: (185x5)x3, (195x5)x2
Overhead Squat: 95x3, 95x3
Walking DB Lunges: (65x3)x4

Was decent, and the squat numbers went up so I'm doing well. Next week I will max and shoot for my year end goal on each of the lifts. If I don't hit them I only have a couple weeks to make it.

Yep, good luck! July is fine, but like you said I am not going to solely concentrate on those lifts. I just want a 405 DL by feb 4th!! (and maybe a 175 OHP )

Bench

Bench: (175x5)x4, 175x4
CloseGrip Bench: 155x5, 155x4
DB Bench: 65x4, 65x4
BB BOR: (115x5)x5

Peoria, home of some of the worst snow plowing ever.

Do i detect a touch of bitterness in this post?

Alot of places got hit harder than Peoria did, although we did get ice and about 13 inches of snow. That happened on a thursday night/friday morning. School was cancelled through the next Tuesday because the roads were so bad.

Snow sucks. I lived in the mountains long enough to get my fill. Now i enjoy OC weather where i can wear shorts in the "winter"

Snow kicks ass as long as there are mountains nearby on which to snowboard. Otherwise, it does kinda suck.

ok, granted. VISTING snow is cool. If you have to shovel it, drive in it, live in it, its not quite as magical

Bacon likes to jump out of hot tubs in to foot deep snow....naked, just ask him. True story, I ahave photo evidence.

1 word. Mamason.

Fuckin Benny.... Benny is the only guy I know who thinks that the best time to tell his one and only "Taiwanese whore" story is when he's sitting in a hot tub in Colorado with 4 dudes and 2 Japanese foreign exchange students. Akward silence just doesn't seem to do it justice.

This week sucked bad at work, so I didn't get much accomplished. Monday I started doing my squat day, but I was a little tired from work and didn't have the right attitude. I managed to meet my squat PR of 225, but when I upped it to 275 I couldn't finish the lift. After that I just left without finishing the workout. I'm thinking it is bad luck to say "I'm going to max out" cause it doesn't happen when I say that before hand.

I'll max out sometime, but my time is quickly running out. I've get my new pimp camera coming, the Canon SD900. I'll get some videos up if I get a chance.

Maxes for FUN

Parallel Squat: 135x3, 225x1, ^245x1, 265x0, *255x1
Bench: 135x4, *225x1
Deadlift: 295x1, 365x1, 275x0 (got it just above my knee, couldn't get my back to move.)

^ = PR at that time
* = standing PR

My gym transitioned into a new building and a lot bigger space. It is now contained in a 20 foot tall chain link fence area, so I'm looking into getting a "Venice Beach" sign or something. They got 2 new treadmills and that is it, so my gym is still pretty minimum with lots of gay machines.

I felt like trying my maxes, and I got two of them up. I think I may have one more attempt in me at deadlift and squats before year end. I really don't think I will make the 275 squat, but the deadlift is very close. I made my year end goal for bench, and I'm actually very happy with what I have done with squats and deadlift so no real disapointment there. I should get my camera by Thursday, but I think the only videos I would be taking are to check my form on lifts, or maybe PRs (although not church worthy so they won't be wearing the shirt).

I hear ya on making the year end goal. Unfortunately my DL's took a back step last week, I hit my year end number of 350 a couple weeks ago, then was going to shoot for 375. Last week when I went to max my DL i couldn't even get up 340.... I am almost 100% confident I overtrained myself from going so heavy every week on DL's that I'm doing more harm than help.

I've decided to take a few weeks off from DLing, concentraiting on power cleans and assistance lifts. I'll hit'em hard in a few weeks :) I am going to be doing some volume training for the next several weeks, so hopefully after I'm done I'll be right there on your tail of PR's.

Get your numbers up in the "Sherdog's Strongest Man" thread, at your weight you will have a good Wilks coefficient.
