Your favorite Mexican food?

Depends on the place. Street tacos are always good. Al pastor, carne asada, or carnitas. Got 2 great taquerias I like near me. The one I usually get tacos at is open 24/7 and the other makes the best burritos I've ever had.

How come I've never heard of fast food places selling fried burritos? Long ago I'd buy the frozen burritos from Costco and those were good fried crispy.

Nachos, mole, barbacoa, al pastor, and tlayuda, and burritos

They will deep fry it if you ask

Carnitas chimichanga, smothered in green chili sauce. Colorado people know about the smother and I'm here for it. Also carnitas street tacos. The kind with 2 corn tortillas with the meat, onions and cilantro sometimes with cucumber or radish, lime squeezed, and red+green salsa

Beef chimichanga from Cilantro and Jalapeños at Lonsdale Quay in N Van.
I’ve been to countless higher end Mexican restaurants and this is to me the greatest mexican meal on the planet.
If anyone else has been, I really want to hear what you think of it.

way, so all of it.

I live in SoCal so I should be parading the many Mexican eateries here but the best Mexican food I've had were from a couple of Mexican restaurants in Amsterdam.

There's a place here that does a 2nd place Mole though.
