im with everything you said except the brown rice I could never develop a taste for it.

that is pretty weird. I can eat an aguacate(avocado for mericans) by it self as a side dish.
a good cabeza or lengua taco is a work of art it takes skills to make it.
But when done right...
my family is pretty Americanized so only my grandparents could really fuck with lengua, and cabeza. I remember eating it when I was kid and loving it and my dad telling me what it was.. I stopped in horror and then kept eating. It was too damn good.
