Nothing really surprising here for anyone who follows combat sports but still pretty entertaining to watch this wrestler just manhandle a freaking giant. Mods sorry if its in the wrong forum....

bodybuilders have no functional strength. it's not a mystery

That bodybuilder could have the back of the wrestler. He could have just laid there and hook punched him like Rockhold.

Conor would have more chance of breaking Bob Sapp's eyesocket than Khabib getting destroyed.

That's not true... obviously powerlifters and strongmen are stronger... duh.. but any pro bodybuilder will SEVERELY outlift a random person. They all do a lot of compound exercises, albeit in the 10-20 rep range.

Jay Cutler is the only one who could pull off all that muscle and still attract women.

Was the body-builder also a wrestler?'

Assume not. So all this measures is skill. And skill > no skill. So...

<{vega}>

Same body builder with wrestling skillz and it's a whole different outcome, lol.

But an objective analysis ain't the point, the point is to make manlets feel better about themselves.

The bodybuilder actually restrained himself from taking the back. He just had to drop his weight and it was over.

It was like a Superheavyweight sparring an atomweight the cageiness of the bodybuilder.

i'm talking functional strength. they have structural strength obviously, but functional strength which is flexibility, rotation, and balance.

Lol at you implying the wrestler guy is a manlet

typical bodybuilder had to grab the guys taint and balls after the match. thats what he was after all along.

It's almost like leverage and technique are important
