Because if the people someone has a problem with has guns, then they wont want to aggressively against each other because someone will end up dead. Also remember, how does one prove they're NOT in a gang? In the Cops doing wrong thread there are multiple videos of Cops wrongly associating people in the direct vicinity of each other. As in I stand beside a gangbanger and suddenly its "hey who is your friend? Why are you with him? Did you know he shot someone yesterday? You're being detained." I have tattoos. Uh oh, I'm in a gang. Cant have tatts anymore unless they're the Aryan celebration ones a-la Pete Hegseth.

As I mentioned in another thread the Constititon guarantees Freedom of Assembly. Not that the people willing to sell rights for "security" give a sh*t about the Constitution or actual freedom you can feel. But that guarantee alone renders being part of a "gang" as a constitutional right. Nothing is illegal until something illegal is done. Suggesting that gangs are terrorists is just a means to further police people and remove rights because you dont like them, or are scared of them. It's a side-step to render a constitutional freedom as an implied crime, and make it an actual crime eventually.
