I have a 4 day work week and usually get off before 2pm on Thurs, its awesome. I would take it over any schedule.

Who the fuck said no? “Yeah, I want less time to do what I want, and more time devoted to my corporate overlords, thanks.”

I work 3 days now

I used to work 12's... It would go 4 on 3 off, followed by 3 on 4 off. I loved it....

I did 4x10s for close to a decade. Was wonderful. Needed that extra day to convince myself to go back in on Monday

Yes but I wouldn't want all 3 off days to be consecutive. Something like a normal weekend plus Wednesday off to break up the work week

What he said.

Also, I'd get too comfortable and not wanna go back.

My first job out of my internship was 4/10s except I didn't even work 10s. It was more like 4/7s. Took long lunch breaks, went to work late or left early. Way to lax for a first professional job. If the pay wasn't so low and I didn't care about advancing my clinical skills I would have stayed. Crazy thing is many of my old colleagues are still there including several that was working there before me. As for my current job I could probably request 4/10s and get it, but due to family life schedule with kids school, extracurricular activities it would be difficult to work 10s. Maybe when the kids get older if I still have this job....

I know I'm in huge minority based off of results. 60 voted yes 4 each on no/not sure. I enjoy my job and have the ability to work more hours if I want. They only request 35 a week but I usually throw about 20 more because of course I get compensated and like I said I enjoy it. If it were forced that could change perspective but 4 may be not enough for me.

Ive worked 4-10s for over 12 years.

I already do. 4 day week but my work days / days off vary from week to week.

Nah, I get paid by the hour so less hours equals less pay.

4 days 32 hours with same pay is how our country should operate. When you have two days off one is completely taken over by errands. By having 3 days off you have one day for errands and then an actual true weekend off
