I already do and it's much better than doing 5. I have a day to get all of my life shit done and then two for a weekend to have fun or lay on my couch.

I currently work a 4-day 10-hour schedule (Monday - Thursday). I preferred working 12-hour swing shifts (2-2-3), but at least now I never miss any UFC events due to working a weekend.

I would never go back to working five 8-hour days.

Actually doing it right now. Working nights currently, from 9pm-4ish. Supposed to be working 4 10s but in my trade we are notorious for working 6 for 8, so when we work 10s it’s more like 8 actual hours, if that. Start Monday night and last night goes into Friday morning. So I get all of Friday off, Saturday, Sunday and Monday till 9pm. I also get 15% over scale for it. To top it off and make it even sweeter is I’m working 1 mile from my house which never happens

I would kill for a 4 day week. My ex used to do that when she was living with me, and I was so fucking jealous those days I had to get up at 4:30 while she slept in. Especially in the dead of Minnesota winter.

My biggest problem is motivating myself to actually get to work, but once I'm there it's work mode and 2 hours extra would be well worth the added day off.

I started four 10s about 6 months ago. I like it so far. It’s also nice when you want to take a quick vacation somewhere. I went to Vegas on a Friday, came back Sunday and didn’t need to use any vacation time.
