Yeah that's it, I don't want stress but I like to set personal challenges like BJJ, Ultras, hardcore workouts and new hobbies.Easy life. No Stress. But you create your own adversity. Do BJJ. Do a 5K or 10K marathon. Join a bowling league. Go to a gym. Crossfit. Etc.

Have it easy and you still can go after hard challenges like competitive sports, activism, research, exploring, volunteer work etc. If you fail at it you still have your safety net so you're not ruined.
Somebody made the comparison with videogames. Have an easy life is like playing a game with selectable dificulty, much better than being stuck at Very Hard Mode.
