It'll be funny how quickly this complaining by millennials will suddenly disappear as they begin inheriting their dead boomer parents houses and money. Then the younger generations can complain about them.Narcissistic boomers failed the kids.
Unfortunately, I think the boomers are spending it all, living long and paying for their care rather than being in the care of successive generations as in the past. It'll be funny how quickly this complaining by millennials will suddenly disappear as they begin inheriting their dead boomer parents houses and money. Modular house building is at least as old as WW2. The German factories produce the best imo. You can have a house to your design turn up and be erected in a few days. Lighting and sockets all installed already.
Lego's supposed to last a long time, but I have a bunch of parts bought from Pick-A-Brick in store or online and the plastic degrades within a few years and the pieces crumble without much force and the balljoints become loose.
I think I saw something on TV in Japan highrises they experimented with using bricks made of foam inside and maybe some sort of ceramic thin layer shell almost like Eskimo Pie ice cream bar and it's supposed to be strong and fireproof.
