Media Would islam have been triple champ if ddp was champ?

I remember when ddp was champ, Islam and his camp were saying he wanted to fight ddp at 185 and felt like he could beat him. After watching that fight, it feels like they may have been right.

JDM who’s also a bjj black belt under the tutelage of Craig jones got dominated on the ground the same way DDP did against another Russian Muslim wrestler. Do you guys think Islam would’ve beat ddp?

I think Islam is capable of maintaining top position if he can get a TD on anyone in the UFC other than extreme high end wrestlers. I don’t tthink if maintaining top position without doing much else was ruled stalling he would even be champ long on the flip side of that

Why stop at triple? Ali said he could beat Alex and every other 205er as well
