Worst brain damage in an active ufc fighter

Diego Sanchez.

Ali or James Toney weren't ever knocked out either
Word. Heavyweight boxers ( I can't remember if Toney is cruiserweight or HW) with 160z gloves are a little different than welterweights with MMA gloves. I honestly believe that if your face is fucked up your brain will be ok. Boxers who have died in the ring can have spotless faces. please reply, I have no friends and am trying to practice my social skills.

Active: has to be Diego now that Riggs has just been cut. Riggs should not be fighting anymore.

Retired: chuck is clearly punch drunk if he's challenging Jon jones to a fight.
Chuck might actually just be drunk

Yeah HW boxers hit harder......You dont need to get knocked out to get brain damage. literally every single punch you ever get hit with damages your brain it's only about if and when the damage shows but every pro fighter has some kind of damage done to his brain.
James Toney started his career at 160lbs and went up through all divisions up until HW and he took punches from hard HW punchers without getting knocked out but but obviously he has damage.
Your punch resistance has little to do with the amount of damage your brain takes if you get hit your brain gets damaged regardless of your chin.
Facial damage is lrgely genetic but apparently hematomas on the face can do damage to the brain if they are big enough so if anything it makes the brain damage worse not better if your face swells up constantly

word, ty for the info

Gray Maynard. I went to a seminar he put on almost 2 years ago. He was stammering the whole time and would forget the move he was teaching in the middle of teaching it. It was very awkward
Xtreme Couture ruined alot of careers (the shit they did at that gym was beyond idiotic, would not be surprised if half the fighters end up like Maynard in a few years).

Has to be Mcgregor. His brain is so messed up he actually thought that he could hold titles in 3 weight divisions.
