I suspect these officers will eventually be charged with manslaughter, but it might take a while if the Feds keep stonewalling. However, I do believe there is a high chance they will get Supremacy immunity (Neagle) granted. That doesn't mean they are innocent. Other ICE agent vehicles drove around her. She wasn't impeding them. She was heckling them.

The escalation occurred after she heckled the officers and questioned their authority. This is classic retaliation for a civilian exercising the 1st amendment.
