You should contact CNN, MSNBC, ABC, and every other news organization you found the prosecution's perfect argument why the officer should be charged, tried, and sentenced.

I'm just pointing out the ridiculousness of that stance.
I suspect these officers will eventually be charged with manslaughter, but it might take a while if the Feds keep stonewalling. However, I do believe there is a high chance they will get Supremacy immunity (Neagle) granted. That doesn't mean they are innocent. It just means the likelihood of criminal charges succeeding is low.
