The driver clearly accelerates forward with an officer in front of her vehicle, who has to move quickly to avoid getting hit/run over. Looks like in your video he has to push off.

Do we have bodycam footage yet? I'd like to know if she actually saw him in front of her.

Is this solely a left/right thing? I'm center right and she should not have been shot.

She is likely guilty of a number of crimes - I'm not a lawyer - but none of those seem to be at the level of endangerment where, to reiterate the outcome, she should be shot. There appeared to me no urgency and the officer was unharmed.

Is she responsible for being shot? Not in any meaningful way. It's a bad choice, there's an appropriate punishment for it, that punishment is not death.

I think it's not worth my energy arguing this case. Yes and there’s precedence for this type of behavior, when protestors decide to block traffic, you as a person being blocked, can’t simply run over protestors. This is the opposite scenario where the cop is blocking the car and the protester is driving …. And you can argue that blocking a car is a really shitty thing to do and dumb, but as you have stated, two things can be true.

Cop blocked the vehicle by not crossing as fast and the protester committed vehicular assault.
