You're already backtracking on the claim that the guy was directly in front of the car when he shot, when he clearly wasn't. So you are either lying, or just went to bat for your side without even knowing what happened.

He's clearly by the side of her car with her turning away from him with no one in immediate danger of her 2mph acceleration. So yes, a jury could very well conclude that there was no imminent threat to anyone that justified lethal force.
You gotta remember, some people on the jury may not be the type to want to keep the Esptein files hidden, so they very well could think differently than a trump supporter.
