That isn't how it works dude. You can't make a harmless escape when you are being arrested it doesn't matter if it's a felony or a misdemeanor.

And that doesn't look like it's harmless to me it looks like she was in the process of driving into the agent that was moving to the front of the vehicle to cut her off and he shot her for doing just that. He isn't obligated to let her go because she doesn't feel like being arrested and he isn't obligated to not use force because whatever she did isn't a capital offense.

Do you really think just fleeing from the police passes the threshold for being shot? The only excuse is that she was about to run someone over and even that is debatable.

Ill watch more angles and see if it looks like he was struck. In one video, it looked like he got clipped slightly. She wasn't gunned down by ice, stop lying. She sped towards an ice officer in an SUV and got shot. Why is this so hard for you to understand.

A masked individual that isn't LEO but ICE yelling "get out of the fuckin car" to an American citizen doesn't seem like a legal command to me.

Why did none of the officers except the one that shot go to render aid and arrest her? Did they realize how fucked they are?

Was she trying to avoid the officers or was she just turning in the direction the road went?

Both probably. Either way the actions she took dont indicate intent to hit them. On the surface it suggests that she just wanted to get around them.

We'll never know, but this lady did go out of her way to block a law enforcement vehicle.

Which does not justify lethal force. And video shows her letting cars throughout before agents engaged her. The context available us insufficient for me to say this was an acceptable shot.

Did he move, or was he moved?

It looks like he moved to me but the videos are at odd angles.

The videos and extended footage that has been released it's extremely clear the lady did not want to be there, yielded to their vehicles, and was just trying to get on with her day.

The only people in danger are anyone around these poorly trained rent-a-cop losers.

I'm not contradicting myself. He wasn't directly in front of the vehicle, dead center, he was in front of the vehicle but more towards the driver side than dead center. Why are you guys purposely being dumb

He moved slightly to the side to get out of the way, and she turned slightly to try to avoid him. It doesn't matter if she tried to avoid him because he was still in her path, and you can't do that. It's unreal that the government would defend it without a second thought, too, no investigation, no time taken to assess all the details, just going with a generic claim that scarcely appears feasible from the video:
