Typical criminal asshole llickers excuse making.

She was driving a car that was registered to an illegal. They stopped the car looking for him which is legal. She refused to roll down her window or id herself. They had ever right to then remove her and look for him. She brought this on herself. I just posted the video. She could have gotten out of the car and handed over her license and refused to say anything else. But she wanted to throw a temper tantrum and I bet screaming:she knows her rights when she has no idea what she is talking about.

Buddy you should learn the laws a bit better before you continue embarrassing yourself.

Me and @ShadowRun went over this. It's not as clear cut as you'd like to make it seem, in fact she has a pretty good case considering a) ICE cannot do traffic stops unless they have probable cause or reasonable suspicion for a violation relating to immigration. Now here's the very important part bud, just because the car is registered to an illegal MALE, does not give ICE the legal authority to stop and ID a FEMALE in the vehicle. They have ZERO probable cause or reasonable suspicion that the FEMALE occupant is breaking a law related to immigration.

A good lawyer will make the case for her and she'll not only win but sue for a good chunk of money as she not only had to lose her 4th amendment rights but she was detained as well.

This is an amazing headline by NBC. Because they are admitting that of the 220,000 arrested by ice, 2/3, or almost 150k illegals with criminal records are being deported. And the other 1/3 are still here illegally, making them eligible for deportation
