She was driving a car that was registered to an illegal. They stopped the car looking for him which is legal. She refused to roll down her window or id herself. They had ever right to then remove her and look for him. She brought this on herself. I just posted the video. She could have gotten out of the car and handed over her license and refused to say anything else. But she wanted to throw a temper tantrum and I bet screaming:she knows her rights when she has no idea what she is talking about.

As to the op. I would like to know why thet were out there and wanted to question her. The part left out. Is there one or more illegals know to live in the house and just wanted to question her. If I was going to guess its something like that. She could havr stopped and just refused to answer questions which is her right.

Whether or not this person is a citizen, she is fleeing from ICE when they are trying to detain her to verify citizenship.

That is probable cause of arrest, you cannot run from the officer. ICE had probable cause to detain the man who came out of that house for aiding and abetting someone who fled and given that she ran, it is probable to assume she is a illegal fleeing.

Arrest everyone in that house and figure out if they are US citizens. The lawlessness is just insane.

They don't get to just stop anyone to "Verify Citizenship". If she's a citizen, she has 4th Amendment Rights. LEOs don't get to stop citizens without cause. Looking like an immigrant... that doesn't cut it. She would have had to have taken some actions or broken or was about to break a law that the LEOs can articulate. Otherwise, they can pound sand; you don't get to ID people in America without cause.
 
While not illegal running is a bad idea. It likely will be used to establish reasonable suspicion. In absence of a warrant ICE still needs RAS to initiate a detainment. You’re not required to assist them in their investigation. Verbally invoke your 5th amendment right to remain silent. At some point even during an illegal detainment you are going to be forced to cooperate and provide ID or be taken to jail. When it’s presented as ID or be arrested it best to give them your ID and then later on seek legal redress. Film you interactions with LE it is the absolutely only free and likely unedited copy of your interaction.

Yes, it was, it was an attempt to interfere with the certification of the election. As far as I'm aware it was the first time we failed to have a peaceful transfer of power. As bad as BLM riots were they were no different than Watts or the LA riots. They did not include the Executive branch hatching a scheme to use allied State Legislatures to remain in power.

It definitely brings out a predator response. We had a case some 15 years ago, very, very sad, black guy mistaken for something, wouldn't stop for the cops, a cop slammed him into a building and put him into a months long coma as he was just trying to walk away. The wife successfully sued but the guy died, with little media attention awhile later. Guy had nothing to do with the incident, which, if I recall was some guy tearing up a mom&pop type of store. This guy did have some weed on him which may be the reason he didn't want to be stopped, you can see him throw it right before the cop slams him into the wall.

My buddy, who is black tells me he'd not stop for the cops either. He hates cops and doesn't trust them from a lifetime of experiences, mostly bad. But, if they make up the rules, I dunno, it's kinda a grey area. Probable cause can be twisted however they want.

The cop who killed, would probably face some sort of punishment these days, this was before they were sending these guys to prison for doing unnecessary shit, he was still working with multiple complaints for excessive force last I heard.
