I also went with Edwards but I'm going out on a limb here and picking Viana. Even though she's lost her last couple of fights, it was against better competition than what Amorim has faced.
 
I remember when Kayla’s haters/Cyborg’s fans started propping up Chandler for accusing Kayla of ducking her (only after it was too late to make anything happen, of course :rolleyes: ). Now she’ll go down as a meme lol

JJ Aldrich was not too small to fight Erin - size was not the issue why she lost.

Erin's of similar height as Zhang, etc. There should be nothing to have Zhang comfortably go up - it's not like she would just jump headfirst into 125 without (overly) long preptime and best facilities Chinese sports science can provide her. Kinda silly Erin to think Zhang would not come with around 10 pounds of lean muscle more to the fight (or whichever would be optimal)

Also, a bit weird angle from Blanchfield. Makes it sound a bit like "I would only win cause I am significantly larger" - not that she meant it, but anyway. :D
 
Good showing from the winners yesterday Edwards has really improved over the years and is a decent to 15 bw now and still under 30 so she can be there awhile if she keeps the wins coming. Knowing the UFC it will be like her and Mullins next to beat down a new comer but I'd rather see her and the Santos/Tate loser.
Chandler has a fun energy but she's never been a top 15 just got a lucky matchup with Nunes and she's not getting better unfortunately if she's still on the roster even her and Priscilla makes sense an awful striker vs an awful wrestler loser is cut.

Amorin looks good vs the low competition let her have the Hill test see if she's top 15 material.

Yeah, they’re gonna have to give her the step up test now. I just have very low faith in LFA fighters, because they’re so carefully matched up by Soares, because he manages them to get them to the UFC



Sucks, as McIntyre seems like a prospect. No idea what she means by the “principalities” trying to hold her back.

that's probably the most likely matchup given that amorim is now on a 4 fight win streak. i'd rather see amorim against talita alencar or the savage but whatcha gonna do. angie should give her a tough test.

btw anyone here know who arisa matsuda is? spotted this on roster.watch:

Never heard of her. Tapology shows a decent local record.

My best guess is that they are finally planning to return to Japan (if this is a straight signing).

Matsuda is the former Deep Jewels interim strawweight champ. She dropped the title last year to compete at Road to UFC, but for some reason or another, that fell through. She has new management now, and will be competing in a non tournament Road to UFc bout against Feng Xiaocan (the fighter ShiMing KO’d

Invicta hasn't announced the full card yet, but this is what's reported on the schedule over at The Underground, as well. Wow, what a terrible card. Even worse, it's at a location only two blocks from where I usually stay when I go to KC. Yeesh
