Winter sucks.

We had snow in October, then it pissed off 'til now. But now it's also -45 and expected to get colder. It's so funny, if anybody asks to borrow/buy a space heater from people on Facebook, everyone is just, "we're running our stove with its door open. you should do the same". My computer room is currently an ice box so I have my feet rested on the electric heater. Useless to do anything other than roast my piggies~
Heating is part of my lease so I don't got to freeze me ass of at least. Thank God I only gotta work one more day because these multi hour commutes fucking suck. Hopefully this shit blows over while I'm off work.

My friend in Chicago just sent me a pic of all the snow they have today.

Gross.

I was bitching last night cause I had to let my dog out in low 40 degree weather. Lol.

Bro, just take a sleeping bag and spare clothes into work with you next time. Sleep in the office, wash in the bathroom and eat in the canteen until the worst of the snow has passed. Think of all the money and time you'll save not commuting.

You're welcome!:p
I fuckin might as well at this point lmao. Thank God it's Friday cause I'm over this shit

I can't even imagine driving in snow. I'm a shit driver as it is. Don't need to add snow to the equation.

I live in Ontario and because of El Nino it's been surprisingly mild this entire winter. Only a couple of days ago we got our first major snowstorm of the season and it still melted by the next day.

But the avg. Temp is 0 C (36 F for you yanks) so far this season and normally it should be between -20 to -30 not including windchill.

Give me this weather every year, I am down.

I mostly worry about my elderly parents. I will book a room to avoid the single digit overnight

Typically I like the winter but I cant lie, it kinda sucks in Salt Lake with how fucking bad the air quality gets. Makes me just wanna stay in my house on the hillside and not drop down into the city and the soupy muck

Winter is great. You can actualy do mire and. Walk more because it gives you energy
Driving is great best part is you want to turn left and for fun you hit a gas and it slides you in street to position it would take you few more seconds to be in

It's been floods here, been wet for months. Had most of the last couple weeks having to use the land cruiser to get to and from work and stopping to tow idiots who had hydro locked their cars to dry land. Tbh because I've got the right gear for it, it's quite fun.

Now the cold weather is really hear it's drier so not so bad. Not actually cold enough for too much ice.

Just be glad you're still here. Most people didn't survive the winter of death a couple years back.

Damn Mike, that sucks.

Your job doesn't offer work from home? Times like this is when it should be utilized if allowed.

It's a chilly 57 degrees where I am at. Brrr!
