My favourite is the Brits. How many people protesting in the UK took to to the streets to protest police departments giving carte blanche to grooming gangs to rape and pimp out girls on an industrial scale? To the point that fathers of the girls ended up getting arrested? But I guess there's very little Instagram clout/dopamine in that eh.

My dad was talking about that this morning. Pharmacy owners in NYC (especially the Bronx) are putting up signs/posters saying they support BLM just so rioters don't destroy their shops. Don't know if it'll work, though.

Thankfully, where I'm working now has zero issues. All brown people here, mostly elderly. The worry is that people from outside the neighborhood come in and start trouble.

A peaceful protestor rammed police officers with their car, resulting in serious injuries. Justice for George though, right?

First link was from May 12th. Second link doesn’t have the quote from the Rolex spokesperson:

The $2.4 million number just seems kinda made up. The number came from a police source who said “They stole like $2.4 million in Rolexes.”. I watched the video of the Rolex store breach. They rush in and very quickly leave, ostensibly because the store was empty.

I saw a video of a protestor berating a national guardsman. The NG stood there silently without wavering but was surely laughing in his head.

Yeah, military don't play. They gonna be wishing for the police when the military takes over.
 
Hope everyone did the right thing and post a black square on their IG.

Use hashtag #blackouttuesday or #blackout2020 instead of #blacklivesmatter or else actual BLM content will be swamped with black squares
