Why Doesn't Nick Diaz Comeback, Destroy Matt Brown, And Get A Title shot?

I'm a big fan of Brown and unlike most bandwagoners on here, I always looked forward to his fights, but Nick would smack him around and you know it. He's simply a better version of Brown.
