I am usually indifferent towards fighters and former fighters

but something about Brendan Schaub rubs me the wrong way? can someone tell me why? I can't figure it out

it blows my mind that he has 1.2m followers on social media like Instagram

Do people genuinely like him or think he is funny? Am I the one who is obtuse in all of this?

I think people are viewing his fight career through a distorted lens because his current gig (comedy) he’s so unimaginably terrible at.

He was never going to be champ (few are) but he had some good wins, and the guys who beat him were all legit fighters.
Respect to the man’s contribution to MMA.

I don’t dislike him. In the sense that I don’t think about him and then think I should make a post about it. I choose not to follow him or listen to his podcasts because he sucks and is douchey.
