How many women are able to land legit one punch knockouts? Not many.
Often it's just headkicks that are one hit quitters in wmma. Women only have like half the upper body strength so it's probably hard to launch an explosive and powerful punch that can KO the opponent. In Karate class, I realized that no woman can do those clap-push-ups where you repel yourself from the ground, then clap mid-air and land in push up position again. A lot of guys including me find those pretty easy to do but non of the chicks can do them so I guess it's that fast twitch muscles missing that also quickly winds up torque in your punches.
