First time i see this trailer, looks good.

Movie name is "Viking", it is based on ancient document about how vikings created Rus State (from video description). My guess is that it will be how Rurik united/conquered slavic and finno-ugric tribes in Novgorod region... just a guess though, i could be wrong.

Movie will be out in the end of 2016.

All in all I am growing tits just watching that sh1t, it's a chick flick ffs ; almost everything about it.

I blame the internet, social media, Twitter, etc. We have an entire generation of people who now have the attention span of a goldfish. If a post so much as has more than 150 characters then its tl/dr. Read an entire book....don't be ridiculous. Watch a 3 hour epic film, get lost. All our media is compressed down into bite sized gifs and short videos. For older people it doesn't seem to have affected us as much but for young people, its all they've ever known.

Compare Battle of the Bastards to Captain America: Civil War. To me, I was on the edge of my seat during Game of Thrones and during Civil War I just kept thinking wow awesome action but these guys are just goofing around with each other.

Kingdom of Heaven was great, Troy was also super good. Spartacus last two seasons had some great battle scenes.

I don't remember if Troy and Kingdom of Heaven were successful or not but I absolutely loved both. I just happened to find Achilles badass without knowing the history behind him.

IMO Kingdom of Heaven could have been better. I believe the extended version of KoH is better than the theatrical version most people saw. The problem is watching the two separate versions is like watching two entirely different movies.
