Lennox should be ranked higher in all time lists, but if you confine the time scale to only the last 20 years the answer is clearly Wladimir. And it doesn't matter how shitty his era was. Because today it's worse.

I’d pick 2000-2002 Lennox Lewis over anyone else in that time frame and maybe ever.
(And he may have been even better in the late 90s, it’s debatable. )
