The AHA also puts their seal of approval on Lucky Charms. Not the most reliable source. Animal fat is also not the evil they make it out to be.

Haha, yeah it was around a year ago that I made myself start getting up ~ 10-20 minutes so I could enjoy a good breakfast every morning, and it was the best thing I've ever done. Eggs are easily in my top three foods now...and the amazing thing is, I eat them almost every morning and am pretty sure I will never get sick of them. ...now on the days when I'm running late, a protein shake it is, but I'm kinda pissed the whole morning because I had to settle for that as opposed to a breakfast with eggs hahah.

ha...yeah ...Ill take eggs anyday of the week over a protein shake. Infact I stopped taking protein shakes all together and haven't noticed any decline in health/performance.

Actually what I do is I make up scrambled eggs the night before, throw them in a contaniner and heat them up at work. I usually can never eat when I first wake up

ok i see i'm apparently in the category of misinformed about the yolk issue, but as a person with diabetes i tend to limit my dietary cholesterol. you guys should read this link Eggs: Are they good or bad for my cholesterol? - MayoClinic.com

it talks about what the american heart association reommends (something like no more than 300mg cholestrol a day)

it does mention that eating animal fat is prolly more of a factor than eating dietary cholesterol

That's not true either. What makes cholesterol an issue is inflammation. Inflamation is an issue because Amercians eat a ton of shitty processed foods (like corn and wheat).
