Scott Caan has the perfect look. Hopefully he's a good enough actor to pull it off. But he's short and thick, with a wide neck and jaw. Also has that scruffy look, plus he's a hairy dude so the beard will grow in right.

Plus he's at the right age. Wolverine isn't supposed to be a young kid with smooth skin. He's got a little grey in the stubble. A few lines in the forehead, some crow's feet. Just dye his hair a little darker and he'd be a great wolverine.
