Who is the smallest fighter that you think could beat a UFC heavyweight?

Based on the current crop of Heavyweights we have I would say the Middleweight division.

I usually have to for join dates at 2014 and higher :)
True. Because join dates for a karate forum are definitely the best way to gage how long someone's been following mma.

Growing up on the same street as Kevin Rosier and being friends with him and his younger brother wouldn't count at all, right?

I figured you'd like that one lol.
;)

An elite non cutting ww vs a terrible fat 250lb hw.

i kinda think guys that are tall like khamzat or shavkat would do well. But they would have to keep it standing. People underestimate the speed difference.

the smaller grappling based fighters like usman would struggle because their game is overpowering and clinching, which they wouldnt have the advantage.

izzy and alex would ko some low tier HWs who are slow.

and lol @ cejudo wrestling a HW.

I think we’ve all wasted enough time with your nonsense but don’t you have a job or any productive hobbies?
I might but that really isn't any of your business. Me responding to a question and then you replying to me with insults yet questioning what I do for hobbies is certainly providing me with enough entertainment for the moment. Must not be that much of a waste of time for you.

You suggesting that CCC would beat a HW sambo champion in an MMA match deserves a welfare check on you.

lol
Not sure if a body comission should allow a morbid obese to compete. We surely would not be such "atlete" fighting in UFC or any major promotion.

It shows how highly regarded Daiju Takase was though, making his debut in Pride 3 with a circus opponent. He was alreasy highly touted because of the training room where was considered the best ground fighter in Wajutsu KK, Caol Uno or Akira Shoji's gym

Non-cutting elite big WWs can surely beat low level HWs even in UFC. Among MWs, plenty of them you dont need a Pereira or Izzy.
Lighter than that, it gets very unlikely.

The worst HW on the roster is probably Jared Vanderaa or maybe Chase Sherman.

I think Khamzat and Usman could beat these guys. Arguably they could beat them even if they had to weigh in at 170 and those guys got to weigh in at HW. If he was allowed to weigh in at his walk around weight then I think Khamzat could probably get a 1st rd sub on them.

If you let the little guy fight at his walk around weight though, then I actually think Max (who supposedly walks around at 190-200) could probably decision Sherman although the reach might be a problem for him.

Anyone else think any other out of camp FW or maybe even a BW could take a bad HW?

I think Matt Hughes beats Sherman, hell 170lb Mike Swick beats Sherman easy.

MW up there's not much of a size difference without a cut.

215 lbs in shape vs 250 lbs with pudge
