Who is the physically strongest LHW of all time?

I was thinking about the strongest fighters of all time by division and couldn't come up with a clear answer for LHW. Who do you guys think is physically strongest? DC? Jones? Randleman? William Knight?

Muscles dont always equal strength..

Randy was crazy strong so was Tito...

Anthony Johnson was pretty strong ...

Wand by a mile

Edit: to clarify, I’m talking year 2000 wand.

jones is much stronger than he looks... many ppl might lift more in gym but jones leverage and length puts him top to me

Jon Jones for sure, but Rampage certainly deserves a mention. I'm seeing Randleman's name a lot in this thread (for good reason) but head to head Rampage looked like the stronger man.

Ilir, Rampage, Rumble, Arona, and Randleman are probably my top choices.

Jones never struck me as super strong. It's hard to tell for guys like him since their technique and economy of movement are off the charts. EVERYTHING looks effortless when they do it because they're so dialed in. I have no doubt that he's a strong MFer though.

Ken Shamrock was strong but that 600lb bench press he claims is absolute horse shit. There's no way he did that. Andrey Sapozhonkov is a pro powerlifter from Russia and currently holds the world record in the 198lb wt class with a bench press of 617lbs. A guy that does nothing but bench, squat, and deadlift for a living....so Ken who trained in a super catabolic way(cardio, sparring, HIIT) for MMA, regardless of gear usage, would barely even be able to unrack 600 let alone complete a full rep.

In no particular order DC, Tito, Rampage, Glover and Rumble are my guesses.
