I would have to say my vote is probably a toss up between Jeff Monson and Marcio Cruz....and ironically they both fought each other in a horrific all striking affair which was downright embarrassing

The only time's I actually get annoyed are when fighters are intentionally not working in a fight. Say, Kalib Starnes against Quarry. I'd list Kalib in that fight as the most boring performance I'd ever seen.

GSP had some pretty exciting fights but admittedly he got boring towards his mid to late career. Still a legend though.
